We offer 3 full of flavour loaf cakes: Banana - Rich, dark and moist banana loaf cake made with real banana with a little bit of ginger and cinnamon to add another depth of flavour.
Lemon - A tangy sponge made with real lemon juice and zest, not lemon essense or flavouring , is drizzled with a just as tangy and strong in citrus flavour thick lemon syrup making the sponge even more moist than when it first came out of the oven.
Jamaica Ginger - Cake does'nt get more flavoursome or moist than Jamaica Ginger.
The list of flavour allstars includes; allspice, grated nutmeg, fresh root ginger and black treacle. To add a layer of sweetness to this spice riddled cake we drizzle with a simple white icing.
